Edited - I ordered a survey on 10/23/20 and was told it would take two weeks. The mortgage company followed up with Prime on 11/11/20, and Prime responded on 11/12/20, \I’ll have it for you VERY soon. Almost finished. Needs our Surveyor’s stamp and signature.\ Mortgage company followed up via email with them again on 11/30/20, still with no response. I also emailed on 11/30/20 with no response, and when I called this morning (12/1/20), phone went to voicemail and mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I called back around noon, and was told I'd have it in about an hour. Called back around 3 pm and they emailed it over. If you're able to stay on top of them, I think they are more responsive. I, on the other hand, paid and expected everything to be taken care of. That wasn't the case with this company.

Just like others here, I have had a difficult time getting an honest response about when I will receive my form survey that I requested on 11/30 and it is now 12/29. It has been at least 4-5 times that I’ve been told “we’ll have it done by either today or tomorrow” and I never receive it. It would be at least polite to give me an honest answer, but I keep getting told lies. Yes the price is good, but at this point I wouldn’t hesitate to pay premium instead of having to put off construction on my house for a month so far.

After getting the run around with other companies, Prime Texas helped out with what I needed and worked with my architect and engineer. Joe and Leo made it easier for me as it was my first build. Would definitely work with them again. Excellent service!
