I would not recommend this company. We signed up as they guaranteed this would provide good tasting water for our warehouse. The machine does not provide good tasting water, even though they have come and looked at the machine. I called about cancelling, but was told the only way to cancel is to pay out the contract. The account manager informed me she could swap my machine for a cheaper one for the duration of the contract. The new account manager is now telling me when the machine was swapped out, it started a new contract.
