What Karen is failing to mention in her review is that It is based solely on personal bias and not the entire situation, only her disgruntled side. Yes there were issues at the pool concerning guards and water clarity. However what she is failing to mention is that those issues were promptly addressed and rectified, the entire staff was replaced and the new staff turned the pool around. I know this for a fact because I personally made these changes when I came on board in the middle of the summer. I'm not bashing anyone here but this all stems from her son who was an employee that I bent over backwards for to accommodate and he quit twice with no call or explanation as to why. I fined him for it and now she is mad which is the basis for her review. I just wanted to clarify and don't want a good company bashed by someone whose intentions aren't to genuinely improve something but rather to just badmouth a company because it's personal.

The pool cleaner for the subdivision keeps flooding the park and my back yard rather than setting the pump beside a drain. Completely irresponsible!

This company is horrible, wish our subdivision would change pool maintenance company's. Over the summer there were drug problems with the lifeguards at the pool and half the time the pool was green. The pool company was notified multiple times regarding these issues.
