I just moved from Austin recently. I saw that RE/MAX has an office here, so I decided to take a look. She is a Chinese, but she spoke good English. When I asked her if she had any good single family housing on lease at the price range, her team offered me many options right away!! I was surprised. She seemed to know everything very well. Renters beware of this property management company. Read your contract carefully and expect to pay for everything and for them to delay repairs. We also had to fight to get our deposit back after they charged outrageous fees and didn't comply with Texas rental laws.
