Back in early May, they came out to demo for a two restroom project...before they had even ordered materials. Well, here we are in early October and the work still is not completed. I would not wish what has happened with me dealing with this company upon my worst enemy. I did my part as far as paying checks out as I was supposed to. They have not held up their end at all. If you are crazy enough to hire these guys for anything, hold on to your money until things are completely done. I only have 10% left and that isn't enough leverage to get them to finish the job. What I was promised and what I paid for was high quality completed professionally by masters of each trade to be involved. What I have received is very far from that. Do yourself a huge favor and never hire this company for anything.

ROCC sent out a nice man Juan to give us a free estimate on both carpet in 4 small (12x12 at most) rooms ,several tiny closets, and to paint the majority of the house. After he left got a lot of texts and emails without the estimate. Finally late Friday at the start of the Christmas holiday weekend, I got the estimate and it was thousands over what other companies had quoted to do the same work. Ok, on Wednesday will let them know, as I was spending time with family over the holiday weekend. On Sunday night, received an email from Juan basically saying they are very busy and need to know now. Needless to say being pressured into taking time away from my family on Christmas eve is very upsetting. So bottomline, they will hound you after the free estimate , even over Christmas and they will charge you thousands over what other companies charge for the same work. Beware.
