Great store with a great customer service staff; I called to find out if they had trainers in a specific color and although they weren’t in stock, they invited me to try on a different color and get the right ones shipped to me from the Austin store free of charge! It has a very nice interior and picking up the shoes a couple of days later was another seamless experience.

This place is super cool. All the stuff in here is very high quality and legit. It’s very pricey but you pay for what you get. I didn’t get to buy a snowboard but I will be back after I save up! All the staff was really nice and helpful as well. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re planning to go on a ski trip.

A great place for skiers and boarders to shop for the ski essentials. Well stocked, great selection (both style and functionality). Warm and helpful staffs. Also offer ski / snowboard waxing and repair service. Technician is professional and friendly.

After contacting On Cloud directly I was advised to come to the store where I bought my shoes so the problem with my shoes could be taken care of. Instead the store director (Lebby Pauley) asked repeatedly if I had the receipt and then proceeded to tell me she owns 9 pairs of shoes and that if they were fully worn there was nothing to do. I told her I had the credit card used for the transaction when I paid for my shoes but nothing was done and instead the entire experience was very unpleasant. Dear store director: Be more professional, it’s not a competition about who owns more On Cloud shoes, we all know they are great (I also own several pairs — which is irrelevant) why the horrible attitude. Even after your awful way to address a situation I still bought another pair of On Cloud shoes and a hat.
