There's a reason Sam's has all 5-star reviews, it's because they're just that good. If you've got loads of time on your hands then go through the trouble of getting or renewing your passport yourself. If you are short on time and you need a passport, go to Sam's. Completely headache free, and they keep you updated as to what's going on with your passport. Great professional service. Worth every penny.

I wish I could write 100 reviews for Sams Passport - seriously, they are the BEST! I realized during quarantine that my passport was expired and I have a trip in the fall out of the country. Needless to say I was freaking out! I called multiple places locally to me in Austin and was told that the lead time is now 14-16 weeks and “not to bother” I called Sam’s and was told 8 weeks and sometimes even sooner - with regular service as no expedited service is currently offered because of Covid. Today my passport came in - not even 2 weeks later. I am THRILLED!!! Thank you Sam - he walked me through EVERYTHING and even mailed out the paperwork. I could NOT be happier.

Julie, Hussam, and Nancy are both great to work with! Every time my department needs something or has a question, they are always on top of things.
