Robert Smith

This individual was the opposing consul during my international child abduction case (Smith vs Karanja). And its amazes me he chose to represent his client for which he has limited experience in immigration, much less exposure to international child custody issues. Generally, under international child custody, two parents with equal custody rights over a child, the consent of both parents is generally necessary in order for a child to be removed from the home country. Needless to say, he and his client lost. But what I find as shocking was his rude behavior, no professional ethics, and lack of effort on behalf of his client. This attorney is an insult to the profession of jurisprudence.

Not a happy customer...he has not done anything to help me at all...he knew my license would be suspended but kept pushing the hearing out...never shows up on time and my case keeps being delayed with no action taken...I am very disappointed
