Due to covid, the winter storm this past February and rolling blackouts, I was unable to go to my appointment at planned parenthood to get the pills for a medical abortion. As a last resort, I googled other clinics in the area and this was the only one to receive my call. Time was of the essence and I needed to see someone soon to avoid a D&C. They told me to come in the same day to see how far along I was and then scheduled me to come in the next day for Mifeprex and Misoprostol. They informed me of everything that would happen over the next two weeks and when I called them a couple of days later and they were very understanding about my concerns and had the Doctor give me a call back immediately. He listened to my concerns and reassured me that everything sounded normal. I had never had an abortion previously and I was quite frightened because of this. I had a million questions and concerns and I can not thank both of the women at the front desk and the doctor enough for the kindness and care they showed me. I am glad that this clinic helped me through this time. Very professional, kind, understanding and upfront about pricing. I would highly recommend this location.

don't go to this and put your life at risk of people who don't care about your well being. my wife was mistreated while she was having an anxiety attacked, she was left alone unattended, no help or comfort was provided to her at all. medical assistant was rude only 2 medical assistant to assist doctor and the all the patients, can we talk about non-social distancing inside waiting room? non once so over, at 10;00 am the waiting area was completely packed nowhere to seat. on another note RED FLAG - ONLY CASH ALLOWED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT, I WONDER WHY? i am a foreign doctor and the way my wife was treated its no in a professional way, specially under the procedure she had. i will be moving forward to reporting them as i have a lot of details of the procedure performed was to not to medical standards. ********************* READ REVIEWS ************************
I had the procedure done here and it was quick and painless. They were up front with me about the procedure and the charges. It’s more expensive here but in my opinion, it’s worth it. I waited less than 5 minutes at reception before was called to the procedure room. I was out of there in no time. I couldn’t believe how fast it went compared to other clinics that don’t take appointments and you wait for several hours. The only thing I think could improve is the woman technician/nurse who is very nosy and asks lots of personal questions that does not relate to my visit there. She should be more discrete and act more professional. Overall, I had a good experience here and highly recommend if you can afford to pay their fee, because it is worth it. Receptionists were super nice and professional.
