these are great people to work with! When I inquired about a small sample bottle of Schiff's reagent for some secondary ed teachers I was helping train, the company responded immediately. I did NOT expect a full stock bottle of the reagent I had asked about! We are in a small northern Mi community, and I do the training gratis. This was very generous and very much appreciated! Their customer service is second to none! FedEx had a number of issues with the shipment and I got updates multiple times each day letting me know that status of a shipment. I have never worked with a company with customer service as responsive as Sycamore Life Sciences. I would use them again in a heart beat!
