I had a great experience purchasing my bike from here, but a horrible experience with my service when the bike would no longer go into neutral. Work was performed on the bike without telling me what the price would be and what needed to be done beforehand and the bike was returned covered in grease. I didn't expect for them to detail the bike before returning it to me, but it shouldn't look worse than when I took it in. This overall experience e just ranked very compared to what I've received from other businesses.

I had a bad experience at another Macuso location and I read curious if it was branch specific or company wide. Night and day difference at this location. I dealt with Daniel and although we couldn't make a deal today, I really appreciated his upfront and honest attitude. We made offers back and forth, couldn't get to an agreement, shook hands and parted ways. He and his dealership didn't waste my time and that's all worth something to some people.
