Before The Pole Experience, I have never touched a pole before in my life. I was so scared when I first started but the instructors made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Asia is BY FAR the best. She challenges us to go out of our comfort zone & to trust ourselves. She also reviews the tricks we went over in a prior class before we learn anything new so we’re always perfecting ourselves. I only come to class once a week but I feel so much stronger and confident already!!! I love these classes so much and am excited to see how I progress.

We celebrated my friends birthday here & ASIA was our instructor. She was the best! Her class is very beginner friendly and still a little challenging in the most fun way. The moves we learned are so cute & fundamental for pole. It was so much fun to put on some heels and just dance with my girls. We all want to go back!
