Oil change
Brought my trailer in that I just bought 30 days ago for an alignment and pm. When I got it back it had big scratches filled with yellow paint down the drivers side for 26 ft and rubbed the tires too. Yard guys probably ran it down one of the poles in the trailer shop. Funny how the scratches are the same height of their poles too. Called them a day later to report it and of course they said I never called. Showed them the videos of the damage and today I brought it down for the manager that works there Kenneth to see. He just accused me of lying and tried blaming me for not checking when I left with it. I’ve driven all over the lower 48 and been to many Carrier dealerships to get trailers fixed and this one by far is the worst of the worst. Stay away from this shop and take your money elsewhere.

I’ve had my carrier into other dealers and all were unable to fix my problem. The service manager was very knowledgeable and thought he knew what the problem was when I walked through the door the guys in the shop were very nice and It was exactly what the manager said they repaired it and had me on my way in a few hours. I will be referring people to this location. good people and price

Excellent customer service, very professional work. My husband’s reefer went out & they had him running ASAP, affordable & will definitely use them again.
Definitely bad job for the big bucks they charge! They don't train new workers right..I had to ask them to remove \pm due\ which took them another 30 min because they had to run another pre-trip for second time....plus I have oil that sprayed all over my truck and trailer now, because they left oil all over the reefer unit floor.
