I guess this place has had a lot of ppl cheat on their drug test because the receptionist is rude, and the person who does the urine screening was a little aggressive and rude. Do not recommend

Poor service. Did not mail us an invoice but sent it to collections a year and eight months later. No effort was made by them to contact us for the payment; instead, we were contacted by an attorney and charged a fee. We had used their services before and were were required to provide a credit card payment upfront, so we had no idea this bill was out there. Won't use their services again.

I do not really understand the point of making an appointment if other walk ins are going to be seen before me and I still have to wait an hour to be seen. My concern was shared by other customers who had been there for a while as well. Staff was pretty helpful and friendly. Would be a higher rating if not for the long wait.
