I’ve been doing business with ZUUM for a little over 1 year. I must say from customer service to accounting department this is the best services I’ve received in my 5 years in business. Prices are high on some things but you pay for what you get and the product is high quality! Never had complaints from my clients about faulty equipment. I started using ZUUM products since 2006. At first I started buying there products because of the price but I stay with them because of the excellent customer service! They are in this to build relationships with there dealers and I have to say I have the best relationship with them over all of the other distributors I deal with. If they make a mistake they always fix it and most of the time there fix benefits the client and us.
I have been purchasing their cameras and equipment for about a year now and have received excellent customer service from them. I will continue to purchase their equipment for my customers for that reason. They have a great tech support also.
We have been in business for over 21 years. From the owner down, EVERYONE is professional, courteous, responsive, and truly believes in customer service! Highly recommend!!!

This manufacture is really difficult to deal with and they do not support their product unless you have an account or give them a credit card information. I find it hard to believe that their competitors will swap out the products no questions asked, just the proper troubleshooting to ensure that it is indeed a dead device and send out a replacement free of charge and no hassle!! And this why I would not recommend any dealers who do not no about them not purchase their products as well. Not to mention their baluns and surveillance equipment is not stable. I normally will not write a review like this but I believe in honoring and standing by your products and clients that do purchase your products, in which ZUMM Media does not!
If I could rate them lower, I would. Absolute worst and unprofessional customer service ever. I called tech support to have an issue resolved after upgrading my router, the rep told me "It's not our fault you upgraded and we can't help you." He proceeded to say "I'm not going to argue with you" after I told him I was unhappy with his service. Definitely regret getting their equipment. Plus their cameras suck. Don't waste your time with these people.
Poor quality cameras. Better off getting it from the Chinese companies directly. Zuum has their own branded cameras that are modified from a Chinese manufacturer. Software support is non-existent and the features are very limited.
