Highly, Highly recommend working with this dealership. From the moment I reached out, to driving my new truck off the lot - I felt comfortable, and well taken care of. I worked with Michelle Mathews, who was always responsive, helpful, and super sweet. She worked with me on my trade in, OTD price, and got me in and out in a little over an hour. I will make the 1.5hr drive again to work with her on all my future vehicle purchases! Thanks guys, and love the truck!

Quality of work was very good. My issue is I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and transmission service. Was told it would take approx an hour to complete. I arrived a half an hour early and after 4 hours I went back to the service desk and was told they were all out to lunch. My truck was back in the bay ready to go. Found a cashier to pay and continue my day. Needless to say very frustrated with poor time estimate and staff all out to lunch. Will give them another try before I make a venue change.

Oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. Technician performed additional task asked by myself with same answer I had planned on hearing. Will return again for any needed service.

I spoke with a gentleman the day before, we talked about me dropping off the vehicle and they would return it and this was my free oil change. I drop off my vehicle at 7:20am I called at 12 and they had not even started on my vehicle. I call at 3pm and they are working on it. I ask if someone was going to be able to deliver it to me. And that gentleman informs me they don’t pick up nor deliver vehicles. I explained to him my discussion the day before with that gentleman. He then ask if I could bring his employee back and I said no I’m at work. He sends 2 employees to deliver my vehicle.He then wants to know how I will be paying for the services. I then informed him of my conversation the day before that it is my free oil change. They have no organization
