Most staff is friendly but when I was trying to explain something one staff member gave me attitude and kept interrupting me. This employs would not let me finish and kept saying that we can't help you with that or that isn't what we do here! All I wanted was soy formula and I did not need a note for that. Then she kept arguing with me as to why i needed soy not regular and i told her she had a lactose allergy then she said who told you that what testing have you done. She was absolutely rude to me and I will never work with her again. Other then her you will be seen quickly I just dont agree with the \MVA\ set up where they call your number and you go to a window but to each their own.

They are great and welcoming. They treat you and your baby with compassion and respect. They also care about you and your baby . I always feel confident and happy going to wic . I'm very grateful for these people and the nurses are also awesome . All the staff are there to help and make sure that you're taking care of the are also efficient and you don't have to wait all day to be seen .
