I began my journey with Darci September 2017 upon the recommendation of my daughter who had success with her weight loss through Nourishing Ways Center. I primarily wanted to lose weight in order to be able to keep up with my six wonderful grand babies. I wanted to be able to continue playing on the floor with them (getting up from the floor had become a challenge) and running after them. I thought I felt fine but was having trouble getting up from the floor and also going up stairs was becoming an issue. Little did I know how much better I could feel with my new life style. I have dropped sixty pounds and am nearing my ideal weight and BMI. Darci is knowledgeable and has helped me every step of this journey. She is easy to talk to and has advised me on supplements that I should be taking. My energy level increased almost immediately. I am sleeping so much better as well and don't feel the need to take naps. It truly is a life style change NOT a DIET! I recently went on a week long vacation and a trip to Michigan's Adventure with my family. With Darci's guidance I came home two pounds lighter than before. I highly recommend Nourishing Ways Center in Brighton, Michigan for your journey to a healthier life style.
Darci is wonderful to work with. She is so easy to talk with and has great insight on what you need. From day one I have felt so comfortable working with her. She is helping me with my digestive issues and I'm losing weight. I am so glad I made the choice to work with Darci.
Darcy and her team are the best. She helped me get back to a healthy lifestyle and I so far have went from 225 down to 169. I feel much better and healthier. Every time I go in she is always teaching me new things about fitness and nutrition. She in my opinion is the best there is and I owe her the world. I honestly don’t know where to begin. Darci and I met when I had a gastro bypass on May 11th, 2006. Honestly I never changed my eating habits so when I approached 200 pounds I was at a stand still. I started listening to Darci and was able to drop another 15 or 20 pounds. I would yo-yo from that point because I would stop seeing her, thought I knew it all and was just a weak willed individual. Darci became more of a friend to me. After not seeing her I called her up and together I finally saw the light. She knew me and she told me Jeanetta, I think I have found a way of eating I think you can live with. She sent it to me and now I weighed in at 142.5 pounds this morning. I have weighed this for over a year now. She is my inspiration. She never gave up on me or finding me my perfect diet. Without her I would still be struggling to get under 200 pounds. My new goal is to become a dietician and help others the same way she helped me. She has my undying love, admiration and gratitude. Call her. She’ll never give up on you the way you have yourself time and time again. Am I right? Call her. She can change your life as she did mine.
