So let me start off by saying, I'm usually suspect about repair shops that I have never used before. I have had some negative experiences with some repair shops in the past. However I have heard nothing but good things about Certiefied Auto Mall repair shop. My wife brought her car in, a few months ago and she had a good experience as well. So every now and then I would hear a noise when I would back my truck out of my garage, that I that I thought was my brake sensor. So in trying to be proactive, I decided to bring my truck in to Certified Auto Mall. Sometimes the longer you ignore breaks the more expensive they can be. After they checked my truck, they gave me a call. To my surprise they told me that they completely checked my brakes and my brakes were in excellent shape. Honesty goes a long way with me. Any future repairs I need I will be returning to Certified Auto Mall. I would recommend them to anyone.

The folks at Certified Auto Mall are top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. Simply put, they earned our trust and we will be repeat customers. I will recommend them to others for years to come. We originally went there based on recommendations from other families in town as we were helping our son purchase his first car. We wanted to find a dealer who was honest, helpful, understood our needs and cared about not only the customer but the community. We found all of that and more in Certified. We purchased the vehicle in August 9, 2020 after being unsatisfied with other dealers we had visited. Four months later, we feel the same as we did the day we made the purchase. They even fixed a small cosmetic flaw in the driver's seat a few months after purchase, no questions asked. Special thanks to Matthew Pacetti from the Certified staff, who worked with us to not only find our son something he liked but also a vehicle that fits his 6-foot-4 frame (harder than we ever imagined it would be). Happy we could purchase from a family-owned business that is ingrained in our community. If you're seeking a car, don't waste your time at a place that's going to give you less than 5-star treatment. I Cannot recommend Matt from Certified Auto Mall enough. He made our purchase of a quality used car so simple. You don’t feel like you are in a dealership. There is no back and forth with a manager you don’t see. He gives you a great price from the start. He gave us more than a fair price on our trade in. If you are looking for a used car and don’t want the hassle of a big dealer definitely go see Matt.
