I was having issues with people stealing things from my front porch while I was at work so I looked up on Google the local alarm company and found HSS security Solutions in Lebanon. I called and the person I spoke with her name was Jenny she was very nice and helpful and said that Dustin was the camera expert. I discussed with him my situation and he suggested a (4) camera DVR that will capture all angles of the front of my house. That Friday I setup the install and went to work on Monday and I received a motion detection snapshot from someone at the front of my house and I noticed that it was the neighbors kids stealing my stuff and I immediately called the police and turned them in for theft. Thank goodness for HSS they helped me solve the crime.

We moved into a new house and it was already wired for a home alarm from the past home owner. I called HSS and talked to Cecil and explained that I needed the system upgraded and he said no problem. Cecil was very courteous and he explained everything to us about the new panel and app features. I feel safe now when I sleep.
