I asked if they could do a custom file tune on a 2021 Yamaha grizzly. The girl I spoke with informed me that if it’s anything other than a sport bike they won’t touch it. I then asked why and she said that they couldn’t obtain the wire harness necessary to do the tune. What??? This is a performance shop for motorcycles and you can’t get the harness to tune a Yamaha grizzly? What a joke of a shop. I think they just don’t WANT to do it. Don’t lie, just say we are bike snobs and don’t want to touch your inferior machine. This place sucks!!!!

I live about 2 hours out of Richmond. When I called, the lady really worked with me to find the best time. I decided to drop my bike off and leave it at the shop for them to do whenever they had an opening since I was struggling to find an appointment time that worked for me. I was actually running late dropping my bike off and they stayed late to wait for me. Two days later they called me and my bike was ready to pick up. They did an excellent job on my XSR700. I've had it back for about a month now and it's running better than ever! It looked like they did a lot of racing bikes there, but they had no problem at all tuning my everyday rider. I was most impressed with their costumer service. They all went above and beyond: They didn't have to stay late for me, help me unload and load my bike, or recommend the best way to tie my bike down. I would definitely take my bike here again if the need ever arises.
