Paul was very flexible and accommodating despite the pandemic and many cancellations of Country Thunder. He promptly contacted me to update the reservation dates as soon as they were released. It was great, he was more on top of the evolving situation than I was. Excellent customer service!!

I recently rented the Woody travel trailer to use while visiting family in southern Arizona. I had previously rented from SEAZ RV rentals and had a great experience, so I saw no reason to look anywhere else on this trip. Communication with the rental agency was great and the reservation process was easy and straightforward with all charges and requirements detailed. The trailer was clean, well outfitted, and just as advertised. This particular trailer is a little bit older, but well kept and a great bargain. Everything worked properly and I had no issues with the unit. I would not hesitate to rent from SEAZ RV Rental again.
