There are no maintenance workers on site after the office closes or an available contractor to fill the position when needed. When the heating and air goes out we get a message that says it will be 24-48 hours. That is not an acceptable amount of time for issues such as this. If it were paint or something not needed urgently it would then be understandable. Side note all of the work done on the second floor to “fix” the sprinkler system looks absolutely terrible. I seriously doubt management even checked the work that was done. The sprinkler heads are not fit properly to the point where you can see in the ceiling and the paint is mismatched where holes in the ceiling have been cut out and filled back in. I question why or how anyone was hired here. The rent does not match the piss poor management provided. Nothing was done to try and remedy the issues on second floor instead everyone was given Red Bull’s because they can make you fly and are definitely worth over a thousand dollars a month.

The Hub on Campus Limestone has so much to offer, being close to campus and my work makes the Hub a great living space for me. It was an easy decision to move to the Hub not only for the location but the rooms are very nice and were already furnished. The office staff has been quick to help me whenever I need assistance!
I had previously reviewed this building five stars after living here for a couple of weeks. However, as time goes on, the maintenance of this building gets worse and worse. On several occasions I have been unable to get around the building because there is vomit in my way and it will stay there the entire night or longer. There is always some kind of strange substance in the elevators whether it be bodily fluids or spilled liquor bottles. On top of that, there are no repercussions for resident misbehavior. I went to the office to report that my roommate was selling drugs out of our apartment and letting random drug dealers stay in our apartment after I asked her to stop and all they did was move me into a different unit (with less amenities). That girl still lives there with extra people who don’t pay rent, selling drugs out of the unit and they have no repercussions. The lease that I signed said that they have a no tolerance policy for this kind of behavior, but that obviously was not true. Additionally, maintenance men (when they actually send maintenance men) will walk into apartments without knocking and even after being told “wait a moment, I’m not dressed.” There are hundreds of young women living here and that behavior is completely inappropriate. Also, this place is expensive because of the amenities they offer but those are all closed due to Covid-19, yet rent stays high. This building looks flashy and fancy, but it’s all for show. I strongly regret signing a lease here as I would love to move out ASAP.
Room is super nice overall, appliances are super nice, comes with washer and dryer which is a bonus, mattresses are comfy, water pressure is solid. Overall it’s a very nice place to live with super new nice amenities (pool, gym, parking garage, etc). I would recommend it to anyone going to UK as it’s very close to everything and you can save money compared to room and board plus a meal plan at UK
The Hub offers excellent recommendations and an extensive variation of floor plans to meet individualized needs. The Hub’s staff were very accommodating and patiently answered each of my questions with creative suggestions. I am especially impressed with the Hub staff members: Morgan and Adrian! I pray our UK Wild Cats have a blessed college career and enjoy all the Hub amenities.
