Paula and Adrian were the sweetest, but the whole staff was the best! They treated me like any other apartment SHOULD treat a college student looking for an apartment within the close off-campus apartments. I have never been spoken to with as much respect and have not appreciated anyone more than Adrian. He is the absolute best! Overall, an amazing experience with them, and made sure I got what I wished for in an apartment. Thanks again you guys!

I recently signed a least at the Hub Park Ave. Shannon and Adrian were great to work with. They answered all of my questions. The amenities look awesome and I am excited to live in such a great place next year! I also enjoy the updates on Instagram!
Just signed two leases for 2021/2022. Jordan and Adrian went above and beyond to answer A LOT of questions we had. We are out of state and did a virtual gallery tour via FaceTime with Jordan. She gave us a glimpse at what we can expect once building is completed. She also sent a follow up email and pictures. Every interaction (and there were a lot) we were shown a lot of patience, amazing positive and welcoming attitudes. Thank you Jordan and Adrian! We look forward to meeting you in person later this year!
Super excited to move in, lovely amenities and cannot wait for the yoga room. Rooftop pool looks like it will be so much fun and the view will be wonderful. Excellent customer service at the Gallery, and the leasing office. Giveaways and social media posts frequently are such a bonus.

I recently signed a lease with Hub park ave and they have awesome staff who are eager to answer any questions. Along with the great customer service the events they hold weekly I love and they keep residents updated well with the building process.
I’ve visited both leasing offices for Hub Park Ave and the staff at both was VERY helpful. They even told carted us to the other location so that we could see the model unit. Super friendly and super excited to live there next fall!!
