So we where having issues with our PTO coming on, so we called gave Tom our info and a description of what was going on, he called back within 15 mins and told us to bring the truck in right away. So once we arrive Tom and his crew pulled my truck in and immediately started working on my truck, ended up being a bad pto solenoid... so they replace the solenoid and we were back on our way home excellent service very friendly staff highly recommend these guys we will definitely be back if we ever have any issues with our Kilar Beds !!! Thanks guys
Tilt frame broke right above hinges on the \15k\ bed that has never had more than 9k on it and after sending killar pictures twice they dont return phone calls probably because they dont want to back up the 10yr warranty. I have ran jerrdan, century, and nomar beds for 15yrs and have never seen a tilt frame break like this and none of them are rated at more than 10k. Kilar has no plastic slides or wheels just four zerks in each side of the deck frame that slides on the tilt frame steel on steel with grease? No way to prevent galling at Alaskan temperatures somebody please post some pics of a Kilar tilt frame that is more than five years old.

Through the years, I have owned rollback beds from just about every manufacturer incl Jerr-Dan, Dual-Tech, Chevron, Century, Viking, etc. and have always had reasonably good performance from all of them but having recently purchased a couple of trucks from Kilar, one thing is clear. Their customer service is extraordinary. A part that technically was not part of the bed and was technically not part of the warranty was replaced at no charge and shipped via overnight freight. That kind of extraordinary customer service speaks volumes about how they feel about their customers. Thank you Kilar for making such a great product and standing behind it!
