Great service.! Following 3 days without power my tank was getting low and i have a generator. They came out the next day, before the next likely ice storm of 2021. Historically had always filled in summer, but 2020/2021 has been unusual.

Foster Fuels experience was great starting with showroom sale of fireplaces. Once we decided on one they sent two guys out to look at site. No one else would. Installer was Wesley he was fantastic and made sure it was operating purfecly
Ryan (technician) delivered and hooked up the tank, tested the system including the logs. Since I'm remote, he took the time to call me, explain what he did, answer questions, and offer advice. I interact with a lot of people, and I honestly haven't had customer service this good in a very, very long time. Many thanks to Ryan, and Fosters.

They are always nice and helpful to deal with. Prices are reasonable and they do a great job whenever we call them with a rental house need.
