Good deer processor. Good people. Jeff Branch runs it. Pretty simple, just drop your deer off in the refrigerated hanger and fill out the form with what you want and your contact info. If they are there, you can pay them to skin and gut your deer for you. If they're not, you better have gutted it. They usually call you when your meat is ready. They have really good summer sausage.
