Suzanne was wonderful and an amazing guide to selecting a mattress. She definitely proved the value of going to a brick and mortar location instead of just shopping online for something as important as a mattress.
We stopped at Kudos and had stopped at the New Richmond location the week before. As we were getting closer to purchasing we stopped into this location to try a few again. We have been to about 10 stores total, no joke. The owner was super helpful and his kids were so cute in their masks. Refreshing for sure from the rude service we've gotten in other stores. No pressure to purchase, answered every question. When we buy one for ourselves (this one is for our daughter) we will buying from Mattress Galaxy again no question.
