The person on the phone didnt know their products. I ordered the \super loam\ (mix of loam and compost) as advertised on their site, and had to explain what I wanted to the girl taking the order. Then it showed up unmixed. just a truck full of loam and another truck full of compost. To top it all off, my \organic soil\ was full of trash: red bull cans, an antifreeze bottle, broken glass, hround up bits of plastic. I wont be using them again, and am really hoping that none of the antifreeze from that bottle made it into my vegetable garden.
