I went to see Dr. Jaq for back pain and allergy/sinus relief. Throughout the consultation he educated me about what he was doing, gave me recommendations to improve my habits, and continuously assessed my needs. His enthusiasm for patient care is remarkable. He made me feel very comfortable the whole time. After the adjustments, I felt so much relief, primarily in my sinuses after the neck adjustment. I will be coming back each week!

One time I had a good massage here. Just recently I returned and it seemed that the masseuse did not want to massage my back. When she did massage my back she used lots of elbows and was very rough With so much pressure it was hard to bear. I have woken the next morning with a spine that is so sore I am in disbelief. Who puts elbows in the middle of peoples spines? And who is training their masseuses? I won’t return here unfortunately.

The 1 hour massage used to be great, but they don’t seem to really care anymore. Even when you ask for more attention to certain areas and to be firm (shoulders) you get a sort of rubdown that leaves your skin itchy, and no actual massage therapy, and no matter how much of a tip you leave, it never seems to be enough. A bummer now three times in row, guess I won’t be coming back.
