*UPDATED* After seeing my review they did help us out. Unfortunate that it took an online review but regardless glad they did the right thing. Lets count the reasons why one should NEVER support this local company. Their staff is unprofessional, rude, condescending, and impolite. They show no attempt at helping customers and will likely not survive much with much better options available. Save money, support ANYONE else.

Great service! As a new patient, I was able to schedule my appointment for a week out. I was fitted for new glasses and they arrived right on the 10 day mark as promised. I would recommend.
Being closed inexplicably today is a great way to lose a customer.
Went here in 2017, they said I was left eye dominate and I could see 20/20 while squinting so I was fine and glasses would only make it worse...I went back in 2018 and she said the same thing...tried a new Doctor yesterday because I can barely see, and he could instantly tell I had Keratoconus which is a very rare disease and he wishes I would have had it diagnosed earlier!!!!!!! They have old outdated machines, I went to Costco and they were instantly concerned that I did not know I had this disease, my corneas were flat ovals not circles and this lady didn't even notice! TWICE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Go to northeast ohio surgeons in Stow/Kent or Costco in Boston Heights
I have been more than disappointed in the process of obtaining my prescription glasses. I was supposed to have received them by now. Then I received a voicemail from Jill that stated, \corporate lab says frames were misplaced or lost and they did have to reorder the frames.\ So now I may have to wait another week or more to receive my frames. This is not acceptable way to run a business. I do not recommend anyone to order glasses from this establishment.
