I pad for a hue drum almost 1 year ago- it was shipped May 2020 and never arrived. I was given a tracking number - but the USPS informed me it couldn’t find the package. Hue Drum told me they would not replace the drum or refund the money - even though the package never arrived. Customer service is terrible.
