Huffines Hyundai in McKinney is a wonderful dealership! We have purchased 3 vehicles from them with the most recent last Saturday. We were greeted at the door by Mike Thomas who treated us very well. They were easy to work with and made the deal work well for us. Mike was great because he spent a good deal of time explaining how each feature of this car worked and made sure we understood before we left the dealership. Looking for a great customer service experience? Keith Brown delivers! (I sound like paid advertising...believe me. NOT THE CASE , though I wish it were ). We bought our daughter's first new car from here. Keith was our sales representative and he came HIGHLY recommended, for good reason. He did not disappoint. I purchased my new 2020 Santa Fe from Efrain Guerrero at Huffines Hyundai McKinney. This was my first new purchase. He made the process very smooth and painless. He was patient during my selection and was very detailed with explaining features and options based on my preferences. I didn’t feel pressured at all and he was very honest and professional when ever I did ask for his input. He stayed over late and didn’t complain at all. I only knew this because I noticed we were the last ones in the building and I checked the hours of operation on the way out. He even put a personal touch on my experience by airing up all my tires himself since the service Dept was closed. I really enjoyed his professionalism, care and concern. It’s not often that you get all three in today’s service standards. I will recommend everyone I know in the car market to go buy from him. I will also be returning when I decide to upgrade. Excellent service!
