Ok in the past this place was horrible to go to. But recently they all do an awesome job!!! Thank you all!
I always dread going to places like this because the people are usually rude and there's usually a super long wait. The people here at the Seguin location were extremely sweet and helpful! The wait was supposed to be an hour but it was only about 30 minutes which was far better than trying to get anything handled over the phone. I suggest just going in and waiting if you need to...they take great care of you.
Can't say much for the caseworkers but i do know the ladies in the front are sweet and very helpful! Thank you Ruby never met such a helpful woman!! That lady deserves the best there
Ruby is awesome and a great asset to the places she works. She keeps everything funny :)
