I come to freebirds pretty often and I visit different locations. The humble location is quite interesting due to the fact that almost every Sunday I come it’s always a long line and very understaffed, but this Sunday a girl caught my eye. She was moving so fast and helping and just moving back and forth. I believe she was doing online orders she was tall, with a curly brown/red ponytail, and had on a necklace. She greeted everyone while working. That girl is amazing she definitely needs recognition. Even though she had things to do she was still doing things I think the manager was telling her to do without hesitation. I tipped her on the way out and she just smiled and said “ Thank you so much “ if it wasn’t for her I would have most definitely rated this place a 3 star... Due to it being understaffed and very pink Fajita beef. The guy at the register was very nice and patient.

Very disappointed. I haven't been to Freebirds for a long time and I should stayed away. The employees at this location did not acknowledge when customers entered the store, allowed my group and others to stand in line waiting to order without so much as making eye contact to let them know they'd help them soon, the food was mediocre at best and barely warm. I was shocked to be so disappointed. I apologized to my group for being the one to suggest eating here. Apparently that was the last time I'll be visiting this establishment.

Came in today for a late lunch.. no one was inside should have been my cue to leave lol. The ladies preparing my meal were beyond friendly! Super nice but my the food omg the worst. I haven’t been to free birds in awhile (like 4months) but I will not return. Whoever prepares the food here needs more training. Everything looks so different. The guacamole had no flavor and tasted off. The chips have changed too.. not sure if it’s just this location but the location I usually frequent (I just moved to the area) is very good! This one unfortunately is not! Will not return.

Arrived before lunch crowd by about 15 minutes so no wait. Staff are are patient and answer questions. Food is Freebirds meaning it's good. You have to ask for condiments due to Coronavirus... Otherwise still an easy and good dining experience.

My girlfriend loves this place. It was my first time. I haven't tried my food yet but I sampled a bite of hers and it was pretty good BUT what was best was the OUTSTANDING SERVICE we received from Michael (Mike w/beard and septum nose ring)! His professional yet personable service was above and beyond and very unexpected being that we stopped him to ask a question when we were initially being served by another person who walked off from us. Give Mike a BIG RAISE!!!!!
