I'm humbly grateful for Ms. Katy on last Saturday I called in a order before the store opened. I was greeted by Katy when the store opened at 10 she expressed that she was a 1 woman show but could expeditiously get my bridal shower ready. I was preparing myself to find a replacement gift considering that I had to drive some distance to get there for 1pm. Just as I was growing weary Ms. Katy text me the order was ready for pick up My gift was the 1st to be opened and the expression of gratitude by niece was priceless! Thanks Ms. Katy
I haven't been to TR in years. I can't believe I stayed away for so long. Katy, the self-proclaimed adventurous manager was great in making sure the font was perfect for my messaging and didnt crowd or pressure me when I was choosing my baby gifts. Her expertise was helpful and fun. And my engraving was ready by the time I got to my car! Can't wait to go back for baby gifts 2 - 5.
My husband and I came here to pick out a gift for both of our grandmother's. They have beautiful gifts and we had a pleasant experience for the most part... except for the individual employee who cost them a star. She was at the register checking us out and was so rude the entire time because she couldn't read/understand what was on the order sheet. Even though we were helped by another staff member who wrote the order for us. As I was trying to explain to the cashier what we wanted, she seemed to get even more irritated and a bigger attitude to the point she upset me so much, I had to finally excuse myself to go wait outside the store before I stooped down to her level. With that being said... Our gifts came out beautiful and our grandmother's adored their gifts.
They always go out of their way to help. I needed something engraved right before Christmas and they spent the time neccessary to ensure that we got what we needed. Thanks for helping us have a merry Christmas, guys!
