The staff at this location is very nice and helpful.... if you can ever see them. Store hours are not the times you see on google. It'll say theyre open on a Tuesday from 12pm-5pm but then you get there and the store is closed. Also, their phone number on google is pointless if you want to verify they're open before driving up there because they never answer the store phone anyway. So you just have to blindly show up during their "store hours" and hope they're not closed for whatever reason. Very un-professional way to run a business.

Very neat and the staff are friendly, but they seem to have an unmarked closing time between 3 and 4. I've come by in that timeframe twice this week and it's been closed both times.

This is my home away from home in a lot of ways. Alex (the manager) can make anyone feel welcome and has an eye for community building. There's no buy in gimmicks here, just good fun for all kinds of people.
The guy who runs it is super friendly and knowledgeable. Get place for people who wanna pick up the hobbie or already deeply into it
Store is very competitively priced to amazon. The guy who runs it (dont know his name) is super nice and helpful. Even when my wife goes in to get something. His classes like how to play and painting are an awesome perk so someone can teach you without watching long winded youtube reviews
