This place is a train wreck waiting to happen. If you are looking for employment here, please by all means look elsewhere. Horrible management has lowered the morale here to the point of no return. The pay and insurance is slightly above par but the benefits are below par and steadily being taken away. The working conditions are terrible, with the attitude of safety last and production first. The plant manager is cutting jobs, avoiding safety, and all around reducing money spent on the well being of the employees to make his bonuses a bit bigger. This is the farthest thing from a family oriented company I have ever seen, Wal-Mart is more family oriented than this dumpster fire.
