Great customer service! The installers are quick and efficient. We got our first story floors redone last year, and they still look brand new. Today we got carpet installed on both staircases, and it looks amazing! Next weekend we are getting brand new floors on our 3rd story, and we can’t wait for it! I was very pleased with our salesperson he was very friendly without being pushy. He welcomed my indecisiveness and gave me all the time I needed to make decisions. The flooring looks great and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. My only complaint is I wish there had been better communication with the office as far as scheduling and expectations for installation. I would really rate my experience 4.5 if possible.
