I've been a customer for about a year now. The best part about ordering oil, is the price is listed right on their website! No need to call every single time you want to know the oil price. Typically I put an order in online, they send me an email that it was received and they deliver that day or the next. If you have a debit card setup with them, the bill can be taken out automatically or you can do 1 time payments online. I've also gotten furnace maintenance. After submitting for service, it only took about a day to call me and schedule a date/time. Nothing out of the ordinary needed replaced. Took about 2 hours, the tech was wearing a mask and gloves. Would recommend to anyone looking for heating oil and service.

First time customer here and I can say that they really are very efficient! We just got our fuel oil tank filled and the service is outstanding, very courteous and respectful! From the start- calling their office to even checking after the tank was filled. I highly recommend them to every household!

They just installed a Bosch heat pump in my house which came with its challenges including a unique antiquated heating system with no ducting. They also removed and disposed of the extremely heavy rts units. We discussed options back and forth until we came up with solutions. They did what they said they would do for what they quoted and left me with no questions unanswered by their friendly staff. I love how quiet and efficient this unit is as well as its price compared to other brands. I have dealt with them about 30 years ago and will continue to do so in the future.
