I can not find the words to describe the type of customer service and work ethic Billy and his crew provided when I had a new heating/cooling system installed. My previous unit was over 40 years old and I was lost deciding what to do. Billy took the time to explain what was available, how each system worked and allowed me the chance to ask numerous questions. I felt confident he helped me make the right decision. I did not buy a unit too small for this house, nor did I purchase one too large; I got the unit that was perfect, cost and energy efficient. This company stands behind their word and their work. They are excellent at their trade. This is extremely important to me as I am an elderly widow in need of trustworthy people to do business with; and Air One is this and more.

Billy was very prompt and knowledgeable. He took only fifteen minutes to diagnose the issue and was completely finished in under an hour. The price was very reasonable and he explained the cause as well as information on how to prevent future issues. I would highly recommend this business and will use again for ALL my HVAC problems in the future.

Mr G Freestyle Only the Best

Mr. Billy is absolutely the best in the business. He already helped us with A/C issues (twice), furnace and this week with water heater repairs. Hot water is plenty and hotter then before without breaking the bank. He is the most honest and professional person you will ever hire.
