The sales lady was very pleasant, professional, and there was no pressure as she brought out more and more shoes. She even went as far to bring out a pair to say this is the fit you wouldn't like, for a comparison. Thank you!

My wife turned me on to fleet feet. They analyze your feet using a scanner. I never knew I needed a size 11 shoe, until I was evaluated at fleet feet. I'm on to my second pair of shoes and now I have upgraded to their socks. 15 for a pair of socks is steep, but they feel as though they were the one pair that was actually designed for your feet and not mass produced. My wife says she has a pair that are three years old and they have zero holes! I bought four pairs and will never buy any other kind of sock.

I have never received better service anywhere - EVER! The sales associate, Jonathan, spent more than an hour working with me - so patient and knowledgeable. After a few minutes I felt like I was chatting with a friend. He was honest, not AT ALL pushy and truly seemed to care about my goals and running posture. You couldn’t ask for a better employee. I loved every tiny detail of my experience. I am super loyal to Fleet Feet because of this service and also the rewards points so there isn’t at all a consideration of going someplace else. And they take numerous, smart Covid precautions - I felt very safe.
