I was very pleased with the service I received from Southern Advantage. I ordered a refurbished JVC- SRDVM700 to use for recording the services at our church. When the unit arrived, I could not get it to work, so I called Southern, and the technician patiently walked me through all the possible troubleshooting steps. He was very kind and did not treat me like I was technically inept. After trying several scenarios, he told me that he would just ship another unit to me. Within two days, the unit arrived and it worked perfectly. I was very impressed with the way I was treated, and I would highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a Sony GVD800 from these guys and received it fine and promptly. But upon hooking it up to my PC I was quite frustrated with it due to the fact that this was the first GVD I had ever worked with. Looking in the manual didn't help and only seemed to make the product seem more difficult to use than it really was. Luckily, when I reached out to them they were friendly and able to aid me with my questions on the unit. Would recommend for anybody looking to buy these types of products

Nobody EVER picks up the phone in that company. When they do, they are extremely rude and have a horrible, horrible attitude, as if they, themselves are doing you a great favor. Sales people have NO idea what the other one is doing. The original person you talked to is "unavailable, you can deal with me or not deal with us at all". Horrible place, horrible service. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
