Katrina made our house a home! My fiance and I purchased a home in 2019. We've been in our home over a year now and while I work in the medical field, I just haven't found the time to decorate and make it ours. If I'm being honest decorating isn't my superpower, I just don't have the talent to bring textures and colors together. Katrina came to our home for a consultation and gave me hope. She included us in the entire project, determined space requirements and selected both essential and decorative items. After she sent the first board for what our living space would look like, I knew she was talented and I was ready to release all of my projects to her. She is efficient, professional, and amazingly resourceful. One huge thing that I want to point out-- I am frugal and she went to places that she could find items that were of the same quality as other high end items but for a lower price; I didn't think a decorator would do that but she did! Along with ALL of that, Katrina is very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate in the process. She makes it easy to go through and eliminate things I just don’t need anymore. I would highly recommend The Premier Concierge to anyone who is looking to decorate, organize or downsize.

Our children love art and our sunroom had become a chaotic drop zone for all of their creative endeavors. That is, until The Premier Concierge made magic happen and transformed the space into an artistic wonderland. After our initial consultation, Katrina sent samples of her vision and then set to work shopping for a collection of shelving, crates, and baskets. The organizational systems that she and her team developed were impressive, and this is our new favorite room in the house. Five stars for The Premier Concierge's communication, kindness, customer service — and fun.

Ms. Screen is a life saver! I needed to purchase a car before returning from Afghanistan. It would have taken several days in person, as I would have to travel from Afghanistan early to get my vehicle. I found Premier Concierge while looking for a personal assistant. Ms. Screen was extremely nice and so detailed when taking notes on what it was I was looking for. She truly acted as my representative and made sure i was getting the best deal. She even skyped with me on several occasions while she was car shopping. Even after I returned to Charlotte to sign the remaining documents, she met me and helped me through this process as well. She wanted to make sure that everything the car dealership had discussed with her had been taken care of (there were a few minor cosmetic things that the dealership needed to fix). The car salesman even commented on how friendly and responsive Ms. Screen was. He said that if I wouldn't have told him she was my personal assistant, he would have thought she was a family member. I will definitely recommend her to everyone i know in the Charlotte area. I am not in Charlotte but still use them to maintain my vacation property. If you are trying to decide on a concierge service, use them!! You will not regret it.
