I went and bought my car from McKenna Huntington Beach VW and I sure am glad I did! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, as well as made sure to walk me through all the features of my new purchase. The whole process was super speedy and very efficient! I will be sending all my friends and family in need of a car there way, because this is the place to score the best new wheels in the west coast. It brought me all the way down from Seattle for there awesome prices and cars! Definitely will come back for all my other car needs!!
This is Romy my salesman at VW and has been for many years and has sold me and my boys many cars from VW. I have lost count but when I want a car I call Romy and he goes to work and gets it done. I just sign and pick up my car and we are home. Romy you one in a million and thanks for taking care of my families needs. You are great and so has McKenna, they have given us the best always.
I’m updating my review to 5 stars not because every experience I’ve had here has been perfect, but because I posted a negative review about a recent experience I had, they contacted me immediately and worked very hard to turn my experience around and I really appreciate it. My most recent visit was very pleasant. Sales staff approached me immediately with a smile.
I recently received a prize from this dealer, they called me to pick up the prize that I qualified and when I went they told me that a number on my prize had to match a number that they have at the dealer. This bad comment would have been avoided if they had dictated the number by phone.
