The whole experience was truly amazing. I was looking to by an Evo Mr and i didn't want to get pressured or feel like they where pestering me to get a car and that's what i got. I was in the mood for a coffee and my superb sell man, Sam, Went to Starbucks and got me a latte. The over all experience was truly an enjoyable day and if you happen to go to this one as for Sam director of sales.

I leased a Mitsubishi Outlander from this dealership about a year ago. I told them what I expected to pay monthly for the lease and they basically gave it to me at that price. Obviously not quite that simple but pretty much....we came to a good agreement relatively quickly and I was very happy. I'd go back here for my next lease for sure.

The Mitsubishi team was wonderful! Went to buy my first new car with them and they went above and beyond the normal level of customer service to ensure that I got the best deal. It was not easy but they did not give up, they put in hours/days or hard work into making sure everything got done and that I was able to walk away with the car. They put in so much hard work/time/attention to everything and pushed to ensure we were happy with the deal/purchase. I could not be more happy or grateful at the amazing service I received. I would definitely recommend them and send friends or family here. They made it a memorable experience. Thank you so much, so appreciative!

Typical lying, dishonest sales staff, from the general manager down to the peons who answer phones and greet you at the door. No wonder consumers HATE the process of purchasing cars. And no wonder we have to try to arm ourselves with tips and tricks, because just like every car salesmen ever, these people lie through their big yellow teeth. Salesreps HAVE always been and always will be lying, conniving thieves who try to hustle hard working people for every last penny. Smile in your face and rip the rug right up from under you. I was told the car I wanted would be held for me until the weekend by the general manager and one of his sales staff. Was told they would park the car in the back so no one would take it. I called two days before to try and get our deal worked out, and just come in and pick up the car on the weekend, and was told the car had been sold. We were already approved by our bank and ready to purchase the car. One of the first things the general manager said to me when I initially spoke to him was that he had worked out deal with a buyer the week before all via email and the buyer just came in on the weekend to sign docs and take his truck home because the buyer was also coming from a long distance. LIARS.

My car would not start. I didn't know what to do as the service department was closed. I called anyway and talked to Kevin Mojmali who is a sales person there. During my conversation with Kevin, my car started. He gave me his cell number to make sure I could contact him in case something else happened while driving home. He also asked that I call him to make sure I got home safely. And----------I didn't even purchase my Outlander Sport here. Buy your car from Kevin. He will take great care of you! Teddy

Went to look at a car here the other day...sales team did not appear remotely interested in selling it. A call to them later in the day seemed to put them out, and was never returned. What a waste of time to drive out there. Curious what the owner would think of the way they conduct business, but it looks like he has problems of his own with this place.

First and foremost I have never written a bad review about any place I'm a very easy going guy and give places chances to redeem themselves before I resort to this...however when you get the customer service I've received from this place I feel it is my job now to warn others. It all started two years ago when I went to look at an Evo X there...they had a good price on it and everything so I went to check it out...The car was exactly what I was looking for except one problem...The front bumper part was broken it was sticking up and looked like it had been glued down (either by the previous owner or the dealership) so they could hopefully sell it without the buyer knowing it was messed up but on this day it was sticking up and asked them about it and they said if we bought it they would fix it. So deal I bought the car and they promised to fix it. All good in theory but not in practice...it took a solid month for them to fix it constantly calling them without getting a return call for the status on this. They said they needed to replace the whole front bumper and would have to repaint it etc. After about a month of trying to get them to fix it they finally fixed it...and I thought that would be the end of this story. Turns out I'm wrong a couple months ago I was washing my car and the front bumper paint that South coast mitsubishi repainted started flaking off. Now I recently moved to Ohio so its not like I can take it back to them so I called them to see what they can do...I've called them 1-2 times a week all of July waiting for them to "see what they can do" I took it to a local shop around here that said it was because of their prep work of why its starting to flake off. So basically they "fixed" it only to do a crap job. Thanks South Coast Mitsubishi for being hands down the worst dealership all the way around I've ever had to deal with and I hope that everyone who is thinking about going there to avoid because god forbid you have an issue you need dealt with.
