I tried to get a quote for a 450 ft rolloff. The system is a joke be prepared to tell your life story to get a quote... Better yet.... don:t waste your time go elsewhere... maybe they will get the hint....

Just last week at a DMV certified weigh scale, 4620lbs, that is my tare. My tare at this sight printed me at 5860lbs, a difference of 1240lbs. I have receipts from previous visits here at rainbow that show 4620lbs as my tare. I only had less than 600lbs to dump and was charged 97. Find a different place.

Absolutely useless customer service. Called the local 714 number and got a call center on the other side of the country who, of course, couldn't answer any questions. I asked for the number for the local facility and was told they don't have one. Perfect example of a business not caring because they have a monopoly. I think it's time to open waste disposal to some competition.
