I placed a sample order with ToteBagFactory in November 2020. They communicated well, and were helpful through the order process. There was some initial confusion, but that was due to my poor wording and not understanding the industry. After that was cleared up (in all of one short email), they helped me choose the right bag, and connected me with their customization department who produced a few mock ups based off of the images I sent them and us chatting. Keep in mind that it's difficult to copy the colors you see on your screen to colors on physical items. In hindsight, I should have gone with darker colors, just so they would pop more from the natural color of the tote. The bags I went with seem to be of good quality, and have held up well to me overloading them five days a week for the past few weeks. The embroidery is spot on, and didn't have so much as a loose thread. If the stars align for my business, and I end up needing to place a bulk order, I will certainly place the order with ToteBagFactory! Thanks for your help, ToteBagFactory!

Would definitely not make this your go-to destination for anything. They can't seem to figure out their own system and use their \store policy\ as an out for items that never make it to the customer. Customer support came off as rude and unsympathetic, stating that I would have to repurchase the items and choose next day air, but that I would still not be receiving them in time to fill my customer's order.
We used these as gift bags for my wedding guests and they are excellent quality! They looked beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Their staff are extremely responsive and reliable, and I look forward to working with them again.
We recently ordered from here and did not check our items right away, life gets in the way some times. Once we did check our items, we noticed many bags with poor stitching. Along with that, we noticed 2 bags were completely different as they have completely different handles. We contacted the company right away. The company said we should have checked our items right away and ultimately we are now stuck with a bunch of faulty bags. I definitely would not recommend this place and will no doubt go out of my way and share how lacking their customer service is. My small business has to take a hit and suffer all because I was sent product that was already damaged. And just to mention again, aside from the poor stitching, two bags were completely different! Oh, and their ‘royal blue’ is more of a faded denim color.
I have been ordering custom totes from the Tote Bag Factory for a long time now. The quality and the service have been great. Also the fast delivery. Highly recommended
