Randy solved one of my most difficult problems. For years, the sump pump in my sloped down driveway had always clogged up due to sludge, requiring frequent servicing. He redesigned the entire system by relocating the pump above the sump. He rewired the underground wire from a long distance where the switch is located. He installed a level sensing pump that turns on automatically without the need to turn on the pump when the driveway is immersed. He also upgraded my garage wiring. He does good work and willing to do some research to get the best solution. I went through two big storms and the driveway is never flooded again. He is highly recommended as I had hired him many times to upgrade the electrical work in my other properties, ranging from panel, subpanel, recess light installation, out right re-wiring.

We’ve called Randy at Triplex twice this year (2018) for service calls at two different rental properties. Both times he’s been punctual, professional and great with my tenants, and as a bonus he’s an all around nice guy. Affordable pricing even for one job which turned out to be a fairly complex problem involving outdoor lighting and water features. He’s a pro.
My wife and I moved into a 1950's home in Long Beach and Randy came out to install a whole house fan. He was very thorough in explaining to us the needs of the house and how the system works. While we are not ready for an air conditioning unit yet, when we are, Triplex Electric will be our choice. Randy was on time, courteous, and left everything clean.
