Old world attention to detail, priced right, expertise of craft (kindly pointing out something I might want done with the garment that I had overlooked) and an always welcome opportunity to refresh any Italian language skills a customer may have (mine have sadly been greatly diminished with age and the passage of time but the memories from childhood are still sweet).
